Eligibility Conditions
We offer a free replacement if all of the following conditions are met:
Your plant arrives visibly damaged, broken, or dead due to transit or packaging failure.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and the packaging.
The damage is caused by transit or our packaging — not by care or handling after delivery.
How to Raise a Replacement Request
Reach out via email or phone within 48 hours of receiving your order.
Share your order number along with 2–3 clear photos of the plant and packaging.
Our team will review your request and respond within 24–48 business hours.
If approved, a replacement plant will be dispatched at no additional cost to you.

What Is Not Covered
Plant health issues caused by overwatering, underwatering, incorrect sunlight, or improper care after delivery.
Natural leaf yellowing, drooping, or minor stress during transit — this typically resolves within 3–5 days of proper care.
Replacement requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Damage caused by extreme weather conditions after delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once a plant has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel, please contact us immediately at vanyaplants@gmail.com or on our WhatsApp numbers.
Refunds
In cases where a replacement is not feasible (e.g., stock unavailability), a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.

Vanya Plants delivers across India to all serviceable pin codes via our trusted courier partners. Delivery availability is confirmed at checkout based on your pin code.

Packaging & Care in Transit
All plants are carefully packed using premium packaging materials to withstand transit conditions across India's diverse climates from the humidity of coastal cities to the dry heat of northern regions.
Note: Minor leaf stress, slight drooping, or yellowing during transit is normal for live plants. This typically resolves within 3–5 days once your plant settles into its new environment with proper care.
