Your plant arrives visibly damaged, broken, or dead due to transit or packaging failure.
You contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the plant and the packaging.
The damage is caused by transit or our packaging — not by care or handling after delivery.

What Is Not Covered
Plant health issues caused by overwatering, underwatering, incorrect sunlight, or improper care after delivery.
Natural leaf yellowing, drooping, or minor stress during transit — this typically resolves within 3–5 days of proper care.
Replacement requests raised after 48 hours of delivery.
Damage caused by extreme weather conditions after delivery.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once a plant has been shipped, cancellations will not be accepted. To cancel, please contact us immediately at vanyaplants@gmail.com or on our WhatsApp numbers.
Refunds
In cases where a replacement is not feasible (e.g., stock unavailability), a full refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days of approval.
